What is Playback Now?
Playback Now is a market leader in producing multimedia formats of conference session recordings. In various ways, Playback Now has been creating cutting-edge virtual conference solutions since 1978.

If these recordings are "live", how does that affect the quality?
Playback Now uses professional-grade digital recording equipment, producing the highest quality of "live" possible. However, because these recordings are "live", they may contain background noises commonly associated with a live event, such as shuffling papers, coughing, and sneezing. Beyond that, any major distractions are edited out before the sessions are deemed “ready for distribution”.

Can I be notified of specials on your products?
Yes. You are automatically enrolled to receive notifications of specials on related products by email. If you prefer not to receive these emails, go to your account profile and check the appropriate box to indicate that you would NOT like to receive notifications of specials on related products.

Can I change my profile information?
Yes, at any time you may change or update any information in your profile by visiting your Dashboard. Click on your name at the top right corner of any page to access your Dashboard.

Why can I not login?
Check to make sure your username and password are correct. You will be prompted via email to create a unique username and password. This will enable your access to your sessions.

Purchasing/Shipping:

How soon after a session can I purchase a recording?
You can purchase a recording for a session at any time. Most sessions are available for delivery within 24 hours of the live event, either as a download/streaming or as a hard copy CD/DVD.

How do I place an order for a recording online?
Search for a product by topic, audience, presenter, day, or keyword. When you find the product, add the desired format to your shopping cart. After you have selected all of your items, click Checkout on your Shopping Cart and follow the instructions provided to checkout.

How are the hard copy products shipped, and what are the shipping policies?
Playback Now uses UPS, and USPS to ship their products. Delivery times and guarantees vary, depending on which shipment method you choose. You will be provided with the option of Priority (2-3 business days) or Regular (1-2 weeks) shipping.

Do you guarantee your products? If so, what is your return policy?
All sessions offer a 2-minute preview. Just click any session to sample and experience the Playback Now quality Audio and AudioPoint recordings.

Please call our Customer Service within 72 hours of receipt of your order to receive a RMA-Return Material Authorization number. *Qualified Return Merchandize should be returned within 14 days of receipt of order, including a copy of your packing slip or a note with your name, address and contact information. Merchandise must be returned in like new condition. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges or return postage.

*Qualified Returns: Packages which contain hard discs (MP3 CDs, iPod/iPad discs, CD-ROM and DVD-ROMs). The cost of the All-Access subscription will be deducted when included in a package ex: the Works.

**Non-Refundable: Custom MP3 CDs, individual downloads, All-Access Season Pass, and devices such as: iPods or iPads are NOT eligible for refunds.
